Initiating and Managing Projects
Knowing how to scope a key project, resource it appropriately, analyse the risks and deliver it on time and to budget is critical to any organisation. Being able to set the project up for success is also crucial.
How often have projects, full of promise, not quite come up to expectations? The eventual solution seems to have been for another problem or situation because very little has moved forward and the problem is still there. What happened to the team who were going to see it through – how did it just ‘land up’ with one person struggling and no-one else aware that deadlines were being missed?
How would it be if everyone involved in the project knew where it was going and what their part was in helping the project to succeed? What if milestones were met, resources were available and there was real commitment to seeing the project through to completion? Everyone would see how the project had delivered what was intended and changes had been achieved. Project Management is possible if you have a framework to work through each time.
Our half-day workshops show you how to work through the stages of a project systematically from concept to successful completion.
