Many managers, supervisors and team leaders have the remit of helping others to learn - with little support on how to do it effectively.

This workshop is aimed at helping workplace trainers approach this key area with confidence.

As the demand increases for more training in the workplace - aligned to organisational objectives and delivered to a high standard - the greater the demands on workplace trainers become. The effectiveness of this training is dependent upon their skills.

This one-day practical workshop will help those new to training in the workplace understand the skills and knowledge needed to design and deliver group training.
