However, most of our clients are adopting a blended solution with a tailored workshop programme followed by sustained application through our web-based tools.

In this way performance can be sustained over the long-term and a culture of continuous learning can be created.

For some topics, large organisations are using our web-based tools, accessed through their intranet, as a cost-effective means to train people below management level. Many of their people at these levels have not, until now, had the same access to high-level training as managers.
