Influencing is a key skill in any business, whether it is applied in sales, in customer service, in negotiating or in managing relationships with co-workers.

The ability to influence others may seem to many to be a natural gift - you either have it or you don't. Influencing, however, is a skill built on techniques and abilities that can be learned and developed.
