Assertiveness
Taking the initiative is one of the qualities that many of us ask for in working relationships.
Being confident in your ability is the starting point for this, which needs to be balanced by developing appropriate interpersonal skills that recognise the rights of the individual.
This workshop has been designed to respond to that frequently expressed need “to become more assertive”. Staff need to feel OK about themselves and take more responsibility for their own behaviour.
This One-day workshop provides an opportunity for individuals to explore a number of assertiveness, influencing and interpersonal skills. As a result they will increase the chance of their needs being met and become more effective in their jobs.
